Off-Machine Workpiece Measurement System

Simply place the workpiece on the robot or gantry loader, and the system automatically measures the inner and outer diameters.
The system is sold as a complete package, and can accommodate different workpieces by simply changing the measuring probe.
A centering function is also included as standard.
The package includes pneumatic valves, a measurement amplifier, communication with the NC, and correction software for the NC (OFFSET input).
