In January 2023, MATSUMOTO MACHINE CO., LTD. developed the HQJC chuck, an evolution of the ROBO-QJC chuck with high accuracy, high rigidity, and long life.
The HQJC is designed for positioning by wedge and pin without serration and claims repeatability of ≦10μm.
This movie shows the jaw change accuracy test of the ROBO-QJC chuck installed in our facilities.
