MATSUMOTO MACHINE CO., LTD. developed the HQJC chuck, an evolution of the ROBO-QJC chuck featuring higher precision, greater rigidity, and a longer service life.
The HQJC features a positioning mechanism using wedges and pins—without the need for serration alignment—and boasts a repeatability of ≤10 μm.
This video demonstrates a precision test for jaw replacement on the ROBO-QJC chuck installed on our equipment.
The design philosophy focused on precision in jaw replacement has been carried over to the HQJC.
