MATSUMOTO MACHINE CO., LTD. developed the HQJC chuck, an evolution of the ROBO-QJC chuck that offers higher precision, greater rigidity, and a longer service life.
The HQJC boasts a repeatability of ≤10 μm using a positioning mechanism based on wedges and pins, without the need to align serrations.
This video shows Chuck jaw exchange our equipment.
The design, which prioritizes jaw exchange accuracy, has been carried over to the HQJC.
