We conducted a high school student internship program.

Starting this fiscal year, we are accepting industrial high school students from within the prefecture for their "work experience learning."

This year, we accepted two students from the Electrical Engineering Department.
Classroom instruction began with understanding corporate philosophy, followed by learning the fundamental concepts of sequence circuits. In practical training, students worked on creating ladder programs and verifying their operation.

On the final afternoon, students created slides to present what they had learned, observed, and identified as challenges, followed by a feedback session.
Throughout the three days, the students worked with enthusiasm and dedication.
