We Held a High School Student Internship Program

Starting this fiscal year, we have been hosting "work experience programs" for students from industrial high schools in the prefecture.

This academic year, we hosted two students from the Electrical Engineering Department.
The classroom sessions began with an introduction to our corporate philosophy, followed by a study of the basic concepts of sequence circuits. During the hands-on training, the students worked on creating ladder programs and verifying their operation.

On the afternoon of the final day, the students created slides summarizing what they had learned, their insights, and the challenges they identified, and then presented them during a presentation session followed by feedback.
Throughout the three days, the students worked with enthusiasm and dedication.
