1. Demonstration of peripheral equipment specialized for turning automation
Using the Smart Terrace AIO-M12SF, we will demonstrate the following automation.
・CAPTO tool change
・Simultaneous chuck jaw replacement during plate replacement using AJC
・Jaw replacement using HQJC
・Hybrid chuck (standard chuck + collet) enables setup change without requiring chuck body replacement
2. Grinding Automation System
Using the Smart Terrace AIO-S7SF, we will demonstrate the following automation.
Collaborative Exhibition with JTEKT Corporation (Hall 1 [1C32])
・Automatic dog exchange device for cylindrical grinders
・Measuring robot hand for cylindrical grinders
