Highlights of the Live Demonstration
1. Live demonstrations of peripheral equipment specialized for the automation of turning operations
We will demonstrate the following automation features using the Smart Terrace AIO-M12SF.
・CAPTO tool change
・Simultaneous replacement of chuck jaws during plate replacement using AJC
Chuck jaw exchange using HQJC
・Setup changeover without the need to replace the chuck body using a hybrid chuck (standard chuck + collet)
2. Automated Grinding System
We will demonstrate the following automation features using the Smart Terrace AIO-S7SF.
Collaborative Exhibition with JTEKT Corporation (Hall 1 [1C32])
・Automatic dog exchange device for cylindrical grinders
・Measuring robot hand for cylindrical grinders
