This video demonstrates mating without force sensors, an optional feature of Smart Terrace AIO.

The highlight of this video is that the robot inserts and removes a workpiece with a 150 mm long, 12 mm dia. bar and a hole with an H7 tolerance (actual clearance 15 μm) without a force sensor (force sensor). Generally, when this kind of work is performed by a robot, a force sensor (about 1 million yen more) is used, but it is expensive and, above all, slow and time-consuming.
We have cleared these problems with our teaching technology alone.
