This video demonstrates a mating process without using the force sensor, an optional feature of the Smart Terrace AIO.

The highlight of this video is the insertion and removal of a workpiece—a 150 mm long, 12 mm diameter bar with a hole having an H7 tolerance (actual clearance of 15 μm)—without using a force sensor. Generally, when performing such tasks with a robot, a force sensor (adding approximately 1 million yen to the cost) is used; however, this is not only expensive but also results in slow speeds and takes a long time.
