New Year's Greetings

In Ishikawa Prefecture, the sky was clear from New Year’s Day, and our joy at having a peaceful start to the New Year was short-lived, as
the “Reiwa 6 Noto Peninsula Earthquake” struck.
We extend our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the disaster and their families.
We sincerely pray for everyone’s safety and for the swiftest possible recovery of the affected areas.

First and foremost, we have confirmed that everyone at our company is safe.
We are currently conducting safety checks on our company’s facilities and equipment, but fortunately, there has been no major damage so far.
Although we have seen a series of disasters and accidents since the start of the new year, it is precisely at times like these that we must carefully carry out what we can and what we should do,
and move forward steadily and consistently, striving to make this a year of growth and change.

This year’s zodiac sign, “Kō-Tatsu,” is said to represent the beginning of things, as “Kō” (Kinoe) signifies a new start,
while “Tatsu” (Dragon) symbolizes the growth of a sprout into a sturdy plant, as well as vigor, great power, and success.
It is believed that the combination of these two elements—Kō-Tatsu—makes this an auspicious year, one in which people will succeed in starting new endeavors and see the results of their preparations come to fruition.
