I participated in "Job Hunting Prefes 2022," an event where companies and students can interact with each other more casually than at a job hunting fair!

There was plenty of time for company introductions, and the group work and presentations by the students showed that everyone took their tasks seriously.
I was able to see how earnestly everyone was tackling the issues,
It was a very meaningful time for me to hear their opinions with a broad perspective.

In addition, thanks to the management, we were able to get honest opinions about company introductions with a sense of speed, which gave us many challenges to evolve our future recruitment activities.
